This is an issue in the room at the end of the barrow where there is a gate, a button, throne, chest, 2 pillars, a monster sat in the throne and a bunch of druigar things in the wall. Some forums also discuss 2 different scenarios.

I've spent 2 hours trying to open the wheel door in Yngol Barrow. I have the Coral Dragon Claw. I've looked at it and I know the correct solution to the wheel puzzle is snake at the top, wolf in the middle, moth at the bottom. I keep trying to use the key but the key will not work. I saved the game as I look at the key hole.
