Xbox Member. 1.6k. Posted January 20, 2017. There are reasons for buying a LC just as there are for buying anything- someone wanted/needed it and someone else wanted/needed to sell it. Reasons such as wanting to have every core (when other cores existed) is a reason to buy when RNGijoe kept trolling you with Lenses.Except that you can't sell them for even half of that now. 10-15 average, 20 if you spam for hours. The day after the patch, sure they were valuable. Now I'd rather just get the cores and save myself the 15minutes. Obviously I'd rather get a legendary core, but 25 R5s is one of the better rewards. This can't be possible because the Legendary Core doesn't give a specific amount of Endo, it gives enough to max the mod out (e.g. a rank 3 bronze mod would cost about 1k endo to max out, while a rank 10 primed mod costs 40k). Legendary Core removes the cost in credit, this is the MAIN reason why it can't be exchanged into Endo. Posted November ...Id would suggest selling on the high end. Legendary Core allows you to skip completely mod upgrading costs. It has the best 'return' while upgrading Primed or Umbra mods to the max rank. It is not as worthwhile to use it on expensive Rare mods like Blind Rage.
Most people started just looking for people with a legendary core, and having the owner max the mod the buyer wanted instead of trading the core itself. Anyone have any information on when these will come out? I mean, the mechanics for the core are already in place, what is DE waiting for? They can come out as alerts or invasion rewards, so I can't fathom what is the hold up.
