It makes no sense. You start at doing worse than base regression (why.) and then ramp up to do Call of Brine's regression level only after 30 seconds. In making it so it's not as effective with Call of Brine, they'd made it so Overcharge is only going to be run in tandem with it, because its pointless to run it otherwise I wanna say this as loudly as possible so I don’t need to keep explaining it to my LFG teams. 3 Surge mods give you a 22% damage boost. Well or Bubble give you 25% more damage on top of that, they stack. And this isn’t additive, it’s multiplicative; Surge and Well give you a combined 52.5% damage boost. Idk how Call of Brine could be changed though, ive heard suggestions about how it should only affect one gen at a time, which possibly would be fine?, since Overcharge would still affect all gens and its a more balanced version of the perk, while Call of Brine would be the heavy hitter it only affects one gen, and while OC is weaker it affects ...Take a break, Sally.
